Exclusive on 07 April, Friday, you’re in for a spectacular treat at La Terrasse with an exquisite barbecue and live band entertainment from 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

The one-day-only BBQ Buffet ($58++ per pax) will have you dining on gourmet meats, assorted salads and desserts. Highlights include Flame-grilled Prawn and Chorizo Skewers, Grilled Cajun Seabass in pouch with Lime and Coriander, Charred Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Peppercorn Jus, Grilled Snail Pork Sausage with Sauerkraut and Mustards, Jacket Potato with Sour Cream & Chives, Pesto Pasta Salad, Tomatoes and Mozzarella, and more.

Chill out and be entertained by famous live band performer, Rob Collins. Born in London, Rob is a globally-renowned vocalist and performer at St James PowerStation, Resorts World Sentosa, Maduro, and recently perform for the National Kidney Foundation Fund. The live band will be performing at La Terrasse before moving in to L’Aperitif from 6:45 pm, diners can continue to enjoy the entertainment at the lobby bar while enjoying their scrumptious bbq platter.
