Diners can look forward to Chef’s Signatures such as Beef Wellington, Moroccan Braised Beef Cheek with Rich Red Wine Gravy, Seafood on Ice, Eggs Benedict, Orange-glazed Salmon Fillet, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Chilli Crab with Mantou. Live stations include Chee Cheong Fun Curry Noodle, Roasted Duck and Chicken, alongside condiments. Of course, this indulgent feast also includes a selection of artisanal cheese & crackers platters and dessert stations. Sweet-tooth lovers will be delighted to tuck into Chocolate Fondue, Chilled Dessert and assorted cakes and tartlets. Elevate your dining experience and clink glasses with add-on alcohol options.
