Experience the revelry as holiday feasting begins at Food Exchange with a medley of international delights and Christmas specials. Indulge in a heart-warming Mega-Buffet with highlights include Double-boiled Chicken Soup, Salted Egg Prawns with Crispy Noodles, Shanghai-style Braised Pork Belly, Beef Wellinton, Roasted Turkey Breast with Stuffing and Cranberry & Red Wine Jus, Assorted Sushi and Smoked Salmon, Assorted Salads, Seafood on Ice Bar including Salmon, Scallops, Mussels, Prawns, Crabs and Oysters. Hot Stations includes Food Exchange’s Signature Laksa, Roasted Duck and Roasted Chicken. No Christmas celebration would be complete without a luxurious spread of desserts, enjoy sweet Sticky Date pudding with Vanilla Anglaise, selection of Local’s Kuehs, festive cakes, tarts, seasonal fruits platter and Gourmet Cheese & crackers.
