Tuck into an extensive line-up of classic brekkie fares, beginning with Eggs Benedict on Smoked Chicken Ham, Herb Sausage Cassoulet, Oven-baked Cajun Chicken on Cous Cous with Pineapple Salsa, Creamy Tomato Seafood Marinara on Penne, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, and more. Other stations include Seafood on Ice, Indian Fish Curry, Dal Tadka, Laksa, Sesame Soba Noodle Salad, a fine selection of Gourmet Cheese & Crackers, and irresistible dessert spread such as Chocolate Fondue and Waffle with Ice cream.

Furthermore, beef lovers can upgrade to the Premium Carvery ($168++ per set, serves 4 – 6 pax), consisting of a whopping 1.2kg Black Angus Tomahawk served with Poached Eggs, colourful greens such as Asparagus, Herb Roasted Chat Potatoes, Maple Roasted Pumpkin, Vine Cherry Tomatoes, and freshly baked Dinner Rolls with Whipped Butter.
