That’s why we’re throwing a brunch that celebrates its strong (and proudly local) presence, with a Live Durian Bar featuring unlimited durians freshly cracked on the spot, plus a delicious lineup of brunch dishes with playful durian twists.

Think: creamy desserts with a durian surprise, savoury delights laced with hints of the fruit, and a hands-on durian tasting journey where you can build your very own “Durian Collection” — such as the famous bittersweet D24 and everything in between. Paired with creamy durian desserts, savoury bites with subtle durian infusions, and plenty of tropical vibes by the pool, this is not just brunch—it’s a shiok celebration of 60 years of Singapore’s flavourful journey.

We’re turning up the flavour with an exciting culinary collaboration between

two local stars: Chef Joel of Enjoy Eating House and Executive Chef Ken from Food Exchange. Together, they’ve crafted a unique brunch experience that brings out the best of both worlds—familiar comfort with bold, unexpected touches.
