From October 2026, The Midweek Catch @Stevens returns to Food Exchange at Novotel Singapore on Stevens with a refreshed Wednesday seafood buffet — bringing fresh catches, sizzling grills and bold flavours to your midweek.

Dive into freshly shucked oysters and Seafood on Ice featuring poached tiger prawns, half-shell mussels and clams, before heading to the Charcoal Grill for market fish fillet, garlic butter tiger prawns and grilled squid.

Then, keep the feast going with Singapore-Style Laksa with Slipper Lobster, wok-tossed seafood specialities, hearty roasts, charcuterie and cheeses, plus tempting desserts to finish.

Whether it’s a family dinner, after-work catch-up or simply a midweek seafood craving, your new favourite Wednesday night awaits.

To ensure the freshest experience for every guest, freshly shucked oysters are limited to 12 pieces per diner.
